A. academic policies:
1. policies for old students:
Currently enrolled students may seek re-enrollment for the next school year unless considered not
eligible by school authorities.
2. Policies for returning students:
Former students who left or transferred to other schools seeking re-admission will have to undergo
the procedures for admission and re-enrollment for new students.
3. Policies for transferees and drop-outs:
*Students intending to transfer to another school during the school year should notify the principal
in writing at least two weeks before leaving the school.
*Request for transcript of records, certification or recommendations will be made through the Principal's
office.
*Clearance forms duly filled-out is a pre-requisite for the release of records.
*Records will be released 5 days after the request was made.
4. Admission policies for New Students:
Admission to Mary the queen Academy is selective. The school reserves the right to refuse acceptance
or re-admission to any student whose behavior or academic standing did not meet the school's standards.
Only students with satisfactory academic qualifications and good conduct will be considered candidates
for admission.
The student's registration in the school is considered an expression of his willingness to abide
by all rules and regulations of the school.

B. Additional Requirements for Grade 1-Fourth Year:
Report Card
Certification of good moral conduct from previous school
C. For Foreigners:
Photostat copy of ACR
Photostat copy of Passport
DepEd Study Permit and grade Placement
D. Other Requirements:
Must have passed the entrance test and other interviews
Conduct grade of satisfactory rating
